Launch: New Site and New System

To Be Released to the Public Immediately

We have released our new HollyRidge Computer & Web Services site officially as of today, November 1, 2016. It is still a bit of a work in progress however it was necessary to move forward with the launch a little earlier than planned. If you come across anything that does not work as expected, please reach out to us to let us know as soon as possible. We do have a few services that can be purchased online currently however, this is far from our full product and service line. We plan to continue to add more of our products and services (as well as some new ones) to our site but if you do not see what you need, please let us know.

In order to better support our clients and provide better security going forward, we have decided it is best at this point to reunify our brands by bringing all ventures back into one. By the end of 2016, we expect to have all current and new clients migrated to this new system at HollyRidge Computer & Web Services.

If you are an existing client, you do not need to do anything at this time. All active clients (clients that have purchased services or requested support in 2016) will be recreated here. We will create your account of the backend and send you your details. You should receive this information within the next few weeks. Please know, we are only creating the account and transitioning your services here. No support tickets from our older helpdesk will be transitioned. We plan to make another announcement once this has been completed. Inactive clients (those without any purchase or request for support in 2016) will not be transitioned therefore we suggest that you follow the instructions below for a new client.

If you are a new client and want to purchase services or need support, we ask that you please go ahead and use the new system. This helps us by reducing the amount of clients that we need to transition and will help you as this means your data will remain here.

What does this mean for our other sites?

--All support and services will be offered within the HRCWS.com site. Our old helpdesk system is still active and will continue to be until the transition is complete. At that time, all support will be provided directly though HollyRidge Computer & Web Services’ HRCWS.com site. The old system will become read-only as a method of record and reference for a short time before it is shut down to the public.

--Other sites will likely be parked on or forwarded to HollyRidge Computer & Web Services HRCWS.com domain so that no matter how you reached us before, you should be able to continue to get to us for a limited time. At some point, we may remove some of these other older domains. Because of this, we suggest that you update all of your bookmarks for us to point to our HRCWS.com website as soon as possible.
